About Eve
Grief is a natural emotional response to loss, not a mental illness. It arises after the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or major life transitions, and involves a range of emotions like sadness, anger, guilt, and confusion. These feelings are a healthy part of the grieving process. If we know how to process them in a healthy way, we will be able to draw strength from these difficult emotions too.

Inspired by Dr. Alan Wolfelt’s companioning model of grief care, Eve incorporates this compassionate approach into her grief coaching. She sees herself as a friend, an equal counterpart to her clients. She believes in being fully present with her clients without trying to fix or direct their pain.
Her approach focuses on walking alongside them and helping them embrace difficult emotions and turn their pain into opportunities for growth and healing.

As a certified practitioner in Multi-Channel Eye Movement Integration (MEMI) Therapy, Eve combines neuroscience-backed techniques with grief support principles to empower her clients to process grief with resilience and to find strength and hope as they heal.
