Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Payment, Booking, and Changes to Appointment Date 1. Payment Terms • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, or PayNow. • Payment Due Date: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. • Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. Cancellations made within the permitted timeframe (see below) may be eligible for a partial or full refund. 2. Booking Terms • Session Booking: Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours/ 2days in advance through our online booking system, email, or phone. • Confirmation: All bookings will be confirmed via email or SMS. Please ensure your contact information is up to date. 3. Cancellation Policy • Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 48 hours/2days notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours/ 2days of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full session fee. • No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. • Limitations: Clients are allowed to reschedule a maximum of 2 times per session. Further rescheduling may require additional fees or forfeiture of the session and will be charged a full session fee. • Client Emergencies: In the event of a genuine emergency (e.g., medical or family crisis), the cancellation fee may be waived at the coach's discretion. • Coach Emergencies: If the coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to an emergency, clients will be offered the earliest possible alternative date or a full refund. 4. Session Timing • Punctuality: Sessions will start and end promptly at the scheduled times. Late arrival by the client will result in a shortened session. • Grace Period: A 15 minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals, after which the session will proceed with the remaining time. 5. Confidentiality • Privacy: All client information and session details are confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
